Brentwood Country Club

Tennis courts in Brentwood Country Club
For players around Los Angeles, CA, Brentwood Country Club stands out as a club listing with enough detail to plan a smart tennis visit. The court setup - 6 listed hard courts - gives the location enough structure for rallies, match play, serve work, and drills without guessing what is on site. With a hard-court setup, players can expect the kind of predictable bounce that helps with tennis hitting, returns, and focused drills. The schedule note is Club Hours; that detail matters if you are organizing tennis partners or trying to avoid peak demand. Without listed lights, this is easiest to plan as a daytime or early-evening tennis stop. Since a fee is noted, check the current price and payment rules before you plan a full session. Club tennis usually runs through reservations and member schedules, making a quick call worthwhile before you plan match play. It can work for beginners learning tennis, stronger players sharpening patterns, and friends who simply want to play tennis without a complicated setup. The local setting gives the listing a nice everyday quality, especially for players who want tennis near me without driving across town.

I grew up playing USTA tournaments from the age of 9. I am half french so in the summers, I would play at Mouratoglou academy in the south of France. I won the singles state championship as a sophomore in high school. Played tennis at Temple University. I then played and coached in France before moving to LA where I also work at the Tennis Channel.

Brentwood Country Club offers a practical tennis stop where a schedule worth confirming and neighborhood convenience can make planning easier. Many Los Angeles courts sit close to distinct micro-neighborhoods, so a quick set can turn into a Griffith Park walk, a Westside lunch, or a casual after-work meetup. For anyone learning tennis, a familiar neighborhood court can be less intimidating than a formal club and easier to revisit consistently. Morning and late-afternoon sessions often feel more social because players are not rushing through the hottest or busiest part of the day.
