Tennis courts in Santa Monica College
Set in But In LA County), Santa Monica College is the kind of campus stop that works for players who want a useful place to rally, drill, or meet for doubles. The court setup - 4 listed hard courts - gives the location enough structure for rallies, match play, serve work, and drills without guessing what is on site. Hard courts reward early preparation, solid movement, and consistent contact, so this is a sensible place for practicing tennis with structure. The schedule note is Restricted Access; that detail matters if you are organizing tennis partners or trying to avoid peak demand. Without listed lights, this is easiest to plan as a daytime or early-evening tennis stop. A no-fee listing makes it easier to invite a new partner, test a tennis coach, or add one more weekly hit. Campus access can shift by semester, team schedules, and events, so check visitor rules before arranging tennis lessons or competitive play. Players could use it for tennis hitting, tennis lessons for adults, rally games, live-ball drills, or a friendly set after work when facility rules allow.

I grew up playing USTA tournaments from the age of 9. I am half french so in the summers, I would play at Mouratoglou academy in the south of France. I won the singles state championship as a sophomore in high school. Played tennis at Temple University. I then played and coached in France before moving to LA where I also work at the Tennis Channel.
